Round 11….Strikers 0 v Warragul 9

This record has been brought into the modern Strikers archive while preserving the original historical material.

Once teams are graded for next year we should see a sizable jump up the divisions for Warragul as clearly the don’t belong in div 4.

Strikers put in a great effort in this game keeping it to 0-0 for 35 minutes but warragul just too strong.

Indeed, had our strikers played like this last week against Pakenham we would have tonked them by a similar score to which warragul beat us.

There were some really good performances from our Ladies and I take my hat off to Goalie Jan Hill who was incredible.
